Portable pressurized water tank w/ hose??

I will have no running water where I will be hunting, and would like away to wash off my hands/tools after cleaning a deer/hog. I was looking for something like this, but the thing is like $100. Anyone else got any suggestions to transport some water? I'd like it to be pressurized with a hose so I can rinse down the inside of the animal after I gut it. Any suggestions?

Oh and it doesnt have to be huge. 5 gallons or so max
