While I don't agree with that, if someone were to get a free phone and use it actually for calling work, or looking for a job, that's fine. Unfortunately I've heard lots of reports that people are just getting a free phone, just to get one, and they already have a cell phone.

I've seen a news video where they interviewed one female who had 5-7 'free' phones! She kept visiting different stores & signing up for them. There seems to be no accountability as to who is receiving them!

If you look at your monthly phone bill you will see a charge of .99 cents for each line. If you look up the code on your bill it will tell
you what it's for. I cut my line's back from 8 to 4.

It's sick government policy. Because I must have a phone, I MUST pay for phones for those that spend their money on rims, gold teeth, tattoos, hoopties, bling, rap CDs, and KFC. Nice.
