My old fishing fishing reel needs HELP!

Old Joe put up his fishing pole and obviously didn't rinse the reel well enough! I broke the screw on the bail wire so I'm trying to find someone to repair it. My old friend "Bob Vander......." from Gulf Breeze made rods and fixed reels but moved into P'cola so I lost contact with him. Anybody know his where-abouts? Anyway, I have a Penn 5500ss with a broken bail and need some help, would be appreciated!
