The ironic thing wasn't this after they did in fact put out the option to send back for the upgrades for free. And all of these lawsuits have washed out to nothing. At this point they're kinda just looking like clickbait.

According to AIM description, these already have the striker safety and disconnect safety installed.

Mine were brand new. Not a single scratch and a pain to load.

I hope they get more.
