Extending AL state waters

I know this is a gun forum and I have already posted on the PFF and GCFC, but just in case there are some here that don't look in on those. We need signatures to help convince the state of Alabama to extend state waters out to 9 nautical miles. This is just a small step, but we have to start somewhere. I think Texas has 12 miles.. I'd like to see Alabama go for 12, that would keep it off limits to our Gestapo.

Texas is 9 nm. I would love 12 also, but Alabama is more apt to follow than lead. I wish it was the other way, but most of the gulf coast states leave the leading to Texas.
