    Lots of folks don't realize, if you pawn YOUR gun you have to do a background check to get it back.

    Yes, I've only bought one from a pawn shop and I had to go through the exact same procedure as I have at gun shops, plus the gun had to have a lock on the trigger guard before I could walk out the door with it.

    At Cash America Pawn, you fill out the exact same paperwork as you do @ academy or mikes. You also endure the same 5 dollar background check.
