Well I just bought a fa91 308 Friday and picked up some ammo from academy sports . I just ran 20 thru no jams no ftf. Was crisp clean and I loved it.
I went to find ny brass that was a laugh found 4 lol but each one has a damaged neck and a dent in the belly. With rifle grooves on the case as well. Is this an expectation or do I need to have something checked out and fixed before I fire anymore?

The "rifle grooves" on the brass are just marks left from the fluted chamber. The dents in the brass are from the case hitting the sharp edge of the ejection port. Both are normal for the rifle, but the dented brass can be at least partially mitigated by using a port buffer such as this one: http://hkportbuffer.com/product/hk91.html

That rifle is working fine,,, I would monitor the bolt gap for any changes

the "stickys" on this forum page will tell you EVERYTHING about your rifle

Your gun will actually eject with a broken extractor, if you tilt it to the right while firing, the fluted chamber allows gas to push the case out of the chamber

Like Brandt said, looks normal for the rifle. I am impressed you found four casings... you must have shot a good bit! Nothing to do with the brass, but it is a good practice with these rifles to get some feeler gauges and check the headspacing. Enjoy!
