Still a lot better than ones offered on the forum and 179 pre panic was the best I ever saw from PSA.

No doubt! And no big secret I'm a big fan of PSA. I think you conferred upon me the title of PSA fanboy a while back.... ha ha. I may have to order one of these up for a surprise build I'm planning for my step-son. He's stationed in San Diego at the moment so hopefully he will get orders back this way where he won't be risking life in prison for possession of an AR.

Well I can usually find better deals but lately they had ammo for the 6.8 no one else had so I did order from them. The 7th was the first order and got the shipping notify today, not bad!! I think they are ok, not the top notch but certainly as good as all those in the middle. They suck on communication and shipping but maybe that is changing now too. Good luck on the build.

This is a great deal for the entry/starter gun builder. Would jump on one of these .....UNTIL.....I started figureing out how much in parts I would have to change out to make it "mine". 1. Grip 2. Trigger guard 3. Stock 4. Trigger group.

If these prices(and some ammo)are an early indicator of whats to come we might just be coming back to .......uhhhhh...normal. I see some people trying to dump some AR stuff that they possibly jumped on during the crunch.(NOT here of course) This could possibly change some prices towards the cheap side.

    Or not. --- SAWMAN

They at PSA also have a 6.8 upper for $399 w/o BCG

I just got a Lower parts kit SS for $55, got it for the spare parts and it included the FCG, not the buffer and spring.
