Club in Staplton AL, on hwy 39 needs 2 members. Its @1200 acres and @$1000 membership fee's.Will be less than 15 members total. All nice guys except me of course! Have a creek to swim in during the summer and a hugh beaver pond for fishing.( I have no idea if beaver are legal to hunt but some of these things r hugh)Plenty of plots and great road system.No extra charge for your old lady and kids to hunt just same rights as you. And ATV ridding permited when hunting season is over. I just started the build of our shooting range on site we have a good clay pit and its comming along great.And have hook up for camper or whatever and no extra charge for water or electricity for the most part.Currently building a bath room. No camp house but a good fire pit.

Sounds like a pretty good deal, I know the cost of leases have gone up quite a bit lately, and for $1000 it seems pretty fair
