I own a S&W Performance Center 460 and the S&W owners manual clearly warns about the danger of placing your hands forward of the cylinder so unless the idiot did not read owners manual or was not the owner and the owner did not warm them of the danger there was no good reason for the accident to happen. The problem is when the lawyers take it to court and put it in the hands of a jury how will the jury respond. I recall a California jury awarding a older woman a lot of money because she spilled hot coffee on her lap and they should have told her the coffee was hot...
