Trump has no rules save one - ME FIRST. His administration is a mess and full or self dealers.

1. It's a demonstrable fact that Pruitt has at least 12 active ethics investigations against him. Most are pretty ugly and most include perjury.

2. "TRUMP's Rules" came from the OP.

3. Asking Trump's own appointee to abide by "TRUMP's Rules" is not partisan, no matter how much someone might wish it to be.
