I'm not sure what method of payment you did but you need to contact your financial institution/card company that you used and do a "charge back." I'm not sure the time frame that you are able to do this in but it is at least worth a try. Basically just contact your card company and tell them you were scammed/the item was never received and explain the situation and usually you'll get your money back from the card company.
They call themselves " 2017 Internet Retailer of the Year". I emailed them and asked who gave them that title. Of course I received no answer. Bought from them twice- Communication was zip except for telling me they hadn't received FFL info. It was sent at least 5 times. Twice by me and three times by FFL guy and then they wouldn't even acknowledge receiving it. Waited long time for guns. Only positive thing? I did receive my guns both times.Just don't think I will buy from them again.
