      Enfield No4 Mk1.. bad parkerizing?

      I'm not sure if this was parkerized.. but it looks like it and it looks like it wasn't done very well. Thoughts? Can it be redone or fixed?

      Please help ID these rifles

      I know someone who is trying to identify these guns but all they could do was provide me with these crappy pictures. Looks like the second one is a Springfield Model 1892-99. I'm wondering if the 3rd one is a Winchester Model 70. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
