OK - how’s the bore? I’m looking for a shooter. Do you have any .303 ammo?

Very good bore and think I have some ammo. Not home right now but will check this evening. What about your rifle?

1903A3 made by Remington. Also a very nice bore with 4 rifle grooves and the good “Type C” stock. At some point someone drilled the receiver for a scope mount - that can easily be deleted with some blind screws. I’ll include a sporter stock and scope, as well as the bayonet, sling and cartridge belt and some stripper clips. Can throw in some M2 ball ammo as well

Out of curiosity, what made you pass on this rifle?

I collect US military arms in original configuration and pass on any that have been modified outside the service. I actually own a real model 97 trench gun.

Figured as much - love my M1s and not willing to part with my USGI 1903s. Anything else you’d consider for a trade?

Let me see pics of the of the 1873, .45 long colt? Also the norinco as my son would probably like that for his birthday. Thank you.

The 1873 is the cattleman model, 5.5” barrel and .357 mag / .38 spl which matches the caliber of my Winchester ‘92. Will get pics of both items up tomorrow
