There is an easier way. If you simply take a brown paper sack. Twist the open end up and fasten to the eve of the area being attacked. It is a easy way of simulating a hornets nest. You will not have them drilling near that area again

Draw it out with a sharpie, then take a metal coat hanger, heat it up with torch, easily push it around the line you drew. Fairly easy to do. Needs to be on concrete when burning out by the way
Pretty much any 45 ammo will work fine because it’s all below 1100 FPS. The others you will just have to shop around. Subsonic 308 ammo getting more common. I don’t think I’ve ever seen factory made sub 223 ammo. 9 will require some shopping too. People still shoot 40?

Hand trucks can be purchased reasonably cheap at Lowe’s or local hardware stores. The flat Dolly’s with the casters on bottom can be purchased at harbor freight for practically nothing
