      I apologize for the delayed response. Ended up being the goof off that did the best job by the way. U can still kinda see it, but it is way better. I got in touch with Sig and they will refinish the slide for $100. Probably end up doing that in the long run, but this definitely works for now...

      I cut the barrel to 20&1/2" it is a vented rib barrel. I left enough room for a 3 round extension. Just never got around to that unfortunately.

      Marlin 30-30 Project

      I really have been looking for a couple years. And the timing is really excellent as I am finishing up with my last couple classes right now and am about to have more time on my hands than I have in a while. This should help to keep me out of trouble. Idle hands and all that.
