Tried to do a whole collection sale. It was like doing a deal with "Pawn Star Rick" Very low ball offers.

Well you have to understand most that will buy a whole collection are looking to flip them to make their money back and make some profit. So they can’t give you top dollar like they would be keeping them for themselves. People that sell bulk firearm collections get the benefit of dealing with one individual and getting CASH ! The buyer of the collection will have to deal with MANY individuals possibly at MULTIPLE locations, putting miles on their vehicles, answering MANY phone calls ! If I bought a large collection you can bet I would probably offer half what it would be worth if you sold them each individually

As in a bulk sale. Is there someone who buys them like this?? Like an actual storefront business?? Rifles and AR pistols. Other weapons too.. Shooters, not collectibles. Thanks.

Thats why I still have them... No need to sell at pennies on a dollar....

Agreed if that is what works best for you. But if I am the one doing a ton of leg work and having my money tied up for weeks or months before I get it back to sell an estate of guns then you can bet I am not going to offer any more than half what they are worth.

Best way to add to my post count, by just constantly throwing random crap out there. I want to beat others that have been here since the platforms inception. By a few years. Wow I just added another post count, by writing this crap.. Thanks for posting your curiosities...

Actual store fronts would do consignment sales, they would get their % regardless of if you got your minimum asking price or not. The longer your collection took up space on their counter, the lower the price they would accept for the consignment sale. Just business. Sorry Rebel Rider1969.

Going to talk to my local ffl and see what we can work out for a consignment. Last time I was in there his "assault rifle" selection was one rifle. So I'm sure he'll like more stuff for people to look at.
If possible, wait for the midterm elections. We'll have every liberal talking head in the world talking gun control, trying to out-do every other liberals mouth. Prices should spike again

Yep, I missed all the panic buying. Should have listened closer to Kenny rogers
Cabelas buys big collections. Now that they own Bass Pro Shops it wouldn't hurt giving Bass Pro a call. Cabelas gave me real close to what I paid for a bunch of 308 Mausers and M1891 Mosins and a sporterized Winchester M1917 rifle and an old Savage 300 WinMag. Didn't lose but maybe $100 across the whole lot over several years. But I had made sure to buy them right in the first place, too

Wait until the real panic is upon us (prob sooner than later)when 5.56 will start at $2/rd but that may be when it’s illegal to have 3 boxes in your possession or any mags >10 rds
