I also have under cut the rear (underside) of my trigger guard on my Glock 20. This will allow your hand to have a somewhat higher hold on the weapon and will mitigate the effects of recoil somewhat. Moves the web of your hand up and more in line with the bore of the gun. Not as much muzzle rise either. More of a straight back push.

if you know what a frog is (what they use for flower agangements in the old days) a metal piece with lots of sharp nails in it, you can heat it up and press it into plastic to make uniform stipples.
I'm thinking once the magwell comes in, I'll grind the grooves off and blend the front strap with the magwell as well as undercutting the trigger. It should make for a higher, larger, more comfortable grip.
Dan, couple of suggestions re. undercutting the trigger guard. If you are a "normal" person which is right handed, you will find that if the trigger guard is undercut more(more material taken off)on the right side of the weapon it will feel somewhat better and you will be able to move your hand into a higher position.
When under cutting,do a little at a time and try it. If you undercut too much you may inadvertently press the mag release when the weapon is fired. I also took some material off the front strap(up high directly under the trigger guard) of the frame. For the larger grip of the Glock 20 this also seems to help. Might be a NA with your gun. --- SAWMAN
10-4 and if you don't feel like digging, I have a nice dremel set too, I was going to put on ebay, but can wait if you want to check it out or borrow it.
Dan, Brownells sells stippling punches in three different lines per inch. They are perfect for stippling your glock and they look sooooooooo much better than what a single point stippling job looks like. I believe that Zev Industries uses on their glock frames. Their trigger guards are undercut also.
As others have said, undercutting the trigger guard does wonders for the glock frame also. I did that to my shield and will be stippling it with the above punches when i get around to it one day.
Come by Mikes some day and ill show you two different Zev modified Glocks. 1000% better feeling than a standard glock. Their triggers are incredible also.
Dan, ask for me (Kerry) when you stop by. Ill be in Jay most of the day on Tuesday and am off on Wednesday. Other than that ill be there. I will be posting them in the dealers section next week under Mike's Outdoors user name but ill pm you on Monday.
I took off the finger grooves, straightened the grip hump, and undercut the trigger.
Feels really great. It's the first Glock where the simple act of gripping it doesn't irritate me. Lol.
Only problem is that now, I'm not sure how the magwell and beavertail are gonna work, which is fine since this is a carry piece before anything, and since my hand actually fits now, and the angle of the blackstrap has been corrected, they're not necessary.
Next are the trigger, mag release, slide stop and barrel. Possibly sights, and mag baseplates. Maybe a laser?
Anyway here it is:
