If it was a pro hit I’d expect a bolt action with a single shot to the chest with a heavier AP round. Clearly was a semi auto, he fired several rounds quickly and I’m guessing it was a 223 caliber with basic FMJ , hence President Trump didn’t have the ear ripped completely off. If he was a legit sniper that should be a kill shot at that distance easily, 200m is nothing.
