Seems that Trijicon has its sights set on Holosun and is seeing red on patent violations, specifically focusing on their RMR and SRO.

Trijicon filed a complaint last week with the U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) along with a mirror suit in a California U.S. district court.

I have been looking for a holosun pistol sight, but every time I look to buy one in red color, they seem to be out of stock.
The major thing is pricing, but if the holosun loads from the side, then I have little use for trijicon.
Holosun is priced according to chinese labor costs in part. I suspect that trijicon could lower the price if they had to.
I will need multiple of those sights in the future.

Ahhh, the lawyer's names are- HARNESS, DICKEY & PIERCE, P.L.C.
Uhhhh... I think holosun is in for it. Unless holosun can retain Dewey, Screwem, and Howe.
I like the etched reticle ones better anyway!

Oops, I should have read the entire thing, I thought it was the rifle sights too. Well I don't think anybody makes one but they should.

Well, I just ordered one with 2 minutes dot and 32 minute circle. They said shipping could be up to 16 days. Well I will see what happens if I get it or not.

I read a little more and yes what I ordered is on the list.

Even if Trijicon wins, the Chinese really do not care. They will likely be sold at gunshowa bearing a different name brand on them.
