President Obama’s Justice Department has effectively taken control of police departments across the country by using a sneaky legal trick endorsed by the United Nations.
Incredibly, it has been completed through simple lawsuits.
Placing local enforcement under federal control is much easier than you might think. The Obama administration has done it 26 times using a legal mechanism known as a consent decree, The Washington Post and Lifezette.com reported.
Here is how the process works:
The Justice Department’s civil rights division files a federal lawsuit against a local government, alleging civil or constitutional rights violations. A federal law, the 1994 Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act (42 U.S.C. § 14141), gives the DOJ the power to do this, noted Robert Romano of Americans for Limited Government.
To settle the suit, the local government enters into a special court order, called a consent decree, which puts the DOJ in charge of major aspects of local law enforcement.

“The municipality then simply agrees to the judicial finding — without contest — and the result is a wide-reaching federal court order that imposes onerous regulations on local police,” Romano wrote at Lifezette of the practice. “This makes local police directly answerable to the Civil Rights Division at the DOJ.”
Independent monitors ensure that the decree is being followed. The decree gives the DOJ the power to tell the cop on the beat what to do. For example, it can write policies for departments and require the use of body cameras. The policies can cover everything from training to the use of force.
The investigations often begin after allegations of unlawful arrests, illegal searches and racial profiling, The Post reported.

A former brigadier general revealed on Fox News Monday some new information about the White House's role in U.S. Central Command's skewing of intelligence to downplay the threats of ISIS and Al Qaeda.
Last week, a House Republican task force concluded in a 15-page report that U.S. military leaders altered intelligence reports "to paint a rosier picture" of the U.S.-led fight against ISIS than intelligence analysts believed was warranted.
The report blamed “structural and management changes” at the intelligence directorate for the distortions, but stopped short of explaining WHY the changes were made. According to Defense News, "the problems followed the change in Central Command’s leadership from Marine Gen. James Mattis, as CENTCOM commander, to Army Gen. Lloyd Austin."
U.S. Army Brigadier Gen. Anthony Tata (Ret.) filled in some blanks on Fox News Monday afternoon, and if his allegations are true, the scandal reaches all the way to the president's inner circle.

This administration has destroyed the integrety of virtually every aspect of our governmental structure, Border Patrol, FBI, ATF, Military and Medical just to name a few, replacing competent leaders / planners with incopetent politicial hacks, over and over again. Everything Obama does is political.

Looking at that site and reading the "experts" expertise, it is obvious beyound question that the real vast majority are liberal ass women without any real meaningful experiance with these convicted felons, they want protected at your families' expense. Old saying, which is more truth than not, "a leopard does not change its spots." Worked security for decades and it was amazing how many problems were caused, directly, by felons that concealed their past to secure jobs, then either repeated old criminal acts or were coerced by other felons to repeat criminal acts. What these morons want an armored car company to do is hire a past armored car hold up man to pickup and deliver millions with a pocket full of keys. Or one of these rich bitch famalies to hire a convicted kidnapper to guard or transport their children, perhaps like the famous glass of water on the table, they need to hire a kidnapper to drive their liberall ass' children for this school year.

The Supreme Court, in a 4-4 deadlock Wednesday, declined to review a lower court’s ruling on North Carolina’s voter ID laws. The decision – or non-decision, as it were – keeps the decision of the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals in place, which means that North Carolina voters will not have to show any form of identification when they go to their precincts in November.
Praising the ruling as “great news,” Hillary Clinton tweeted: “Let’s make voting easier so every voice in our democracy can be heard.”
Well, that sounds terrific, except that our Constitution does not allow for “every voice” to be heard. As she may or may not know, minors and illegal immigrants can and are restricted from voting. Same with convicts – even, in many states, after they have served their sentence. So no, it’s not at all a priority or even a desirable goal to make voting so easy that “every voice” can be heard.
Unless, of course, you’re a Democrat who counts on those undesirable voices to win elections.
“North Carolina has been denied basic voting rights already granted to more than 30 other states to protect the integrity of one person, one vote,” said Gov. Pat McCrory in a statement.

Negative interest rates are spreading like a virus. Central banks in the Eurozone, Switzerland, Sweden, and Japan all have below-zero policy rates. “NIRP,” as economists call a negative interest rate policy, is a desperation move—but the only move those central banks have.
The Federal Reserve hasn’t followed—yet. When the next recession strikes, I believe Janet Yellen will choose to break the zero lower bound. The rationale was laid out in Jackson Hole. Look behind the headlines and you’ll see the Fed already preparing for NIRP.
In theory, negative rates should encourage consumers and businesses to spend more freely and stimulate growth. It hasn’t worked out that way. NIRP just punishes savers and makes everyone miserable.

NIRP is nothing but a fast train on the tracks to ruin. No one, not one business, can stay in business, pay bills, pay people, etc, while loosing money. This could destroy the financial institutions, the pillars that hold up our capalistic society of borrowing, lending and saving.

Sounds like Soros at work, like a buzzard, feeding off the dead carcasses of countries

SAN JOSE — In a state already known for some of the nation’s strictest gun controls, some San Jose officials are pushing the city to go further with a proposed law that would toughen requirements for securing firearms, reporting their theft and monitoring ammunition sales.
If approved by the City Council, the law would put San Jose among Sunnyvale, Oakland and San Francisco as cities that have adopted local gun control laws and drawn fire from gun-rights groups.
“I don’t want to wait for a massive tragedy,” said Councilman Ash Kalra, who proposed the gun safety ordinance along with Councilman Raul Peralez, a former police officer. “I want us to do something now to get illegal guns off the street.”
However, the policy is raising concerns among San Jose business owners who say it’s impractical, difficult to enforce and won’t stop violent crime.
“It’s just another law that’s unnecessary and will put law-abiding citizens in a position where it’s going to be difficult to defend themselves,” said Steve Zehring, co-owner of Mel Cotton’s Sporting Goods, which sells rifles and shotguns.
In addition, some Silicon Valley gun owners contend the proposed measures go too far and infringe on their constitutional rights.
“All of these policies in some way infringe upon our Second Amendment rights,” said Yih-Chau Chang, a spokesman for Responsible Citizens of California, a Fremont-based group that advocates for people’s right to carry firearms. “If your home is invaded, you’re not going to be able to quickly access your firearm if it’s locked up.”

Socially indoctrinating young children toward accepting transgenderism is rampant today in public schools. In Washington state, public schools will begin teaching gender expression to kindergarteners in fall 2017, under newly approved health education learning standards. The gay advocacy network GLSEN received a grant from the federal Centers for Disease Control in 2011 for $1.425 million over five years to promote the LGBT agenda in public schools at taxpayers’ expense.
By infiltrating the curriculum in our nation’s public schools, LGBT activists can groom the next generation of participants. Young people are questioning their gender identity at an alarming rate that seems to be increasing, and are encouraged by educators and medical professionals to experiment with gender transition. Unfortunately, experimentation can cause even more confusion.

How do you think they changed Japan from a warrior nation to a capitalist nation post WWII? Yup, they re-educated the children.

Old folks are hard to change, children are malleable clay that can be readily shaped.

A man was arrested Wednesday night after shoving a pie in the face of Sacramento Mayor Kevin Johnson at a charity dinner.
Sean Thompson, 32, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting a public official, which is a felony, the Sacramento Police Department said. An official said Johnson, a former NBA star, didn’t take the act lightly.
The mayor had given a speech at the Seeds of HOPE dinner at Sacramento Charter High School before the man came up, pulled the pie from a bag, grabbed Johnson and shoved it into his face, the mayor’s Chief of Staff Crystal Staff said. She said the mayor defended himself against the man, but wouldn’t elaborate.
According to the East Bay Express, Johnson tackled Thompson and “repeatedly” punched him in the face landing “five to 10” blows. A witness told the East Bay Express that the protester was hit multiple times.

a felony? really? for a pie in the face?

Check out Foxnews.com about the red wolves released in the SE since the 1960s. They were released along the FL-GA and FL-AL border. Have a fair number that live in and around Paxton. Feds are crying fraud now, saying there is no such thing as a real Red Wolf, they are all hybrids, cross breads, and their DNA proves it. So they can not possibly reintroduce them. LOL......
