Just got word my Sandman is in and ready to be picked up! 206 days on this one, hopefully they get my nomad in route ASAP...

Just got my emails. 104 days on a Form 1 suppressor and 18 days on a Form 1 sbr.

04/05/20 Ordered Silencer shop online Q full nelson
04/08/20 F3 Approved
04/11/20 Q delivered to dealer
04/24/20 ATF Cashed tax check
09/09/20 Called (304) 616-4500 ATF to check status, it was Pending status
09/28/20 Tax stamp approved and issued
10/26/20 Tax stamp arrived to dealer and picked up.

Not too bad in the grand scale of time, stop waiting for shorter processing times or the mythical hearing protection act that will not happen, get you one now!

I also had a 5.56 can paperwork mailed in the same package, card ran same day, stamp has yet to show up

Got one last week from the end of May. So about 5 months.

I'm still waiting on one from March though.

My fancy USPS shows me that there's 3 showing up today in the mail.

ETA: those 3 were about a week later than last weeks. Still nothing on the one from march.

The best thing for you to do is to just forget this ever started (kind of a watch pot never boils thing). And then one day when you least expect it surprise!!. Ben there done that.

Everything I've seen currently is 2 to 3 weeks. Mine would be less than 7 business days. Doubt it means anything and I'm not getting my hopes up

I sent one off the first of Sept '20. Check was cashed within 3 weeks. Paperwork was sent back in Oct '20 for a missing date. Still haven't seen it...YMMV

Even after talking with the ATF agent over some missing prints from Silencershop back in June and it was "relatively close" or so I was told

I would assume understaffed and under motivated. I could be wrong though
