So guys just thought I would share. My granddaddy had a 19-2. Just like this 19-3. And when he passed my mother had it. When mom passed we found that gun in the attic where it had been for 30 years. It was completely rusted shut, my brother took it and oiled it up, sanded it and spray painted it flat black ( Broke my heart ) ! Now it’s a shooter but that’s all it is. So for 40 years I have looked for a replacement. I did some hog trading over the weekend and now I am the VERY PROUD OWNER of a 1976 19-3 pinned and recessed. Seems fitting that granddaddy died in 1976. I just sit and stare at this beautiful work of art !!!!!
