Good news story in my book. Three bad guya not out on the streets and home owner alive. Only bad thing I see is his gun jammed. Wonder if it wasn’t a well trusted firearm ammo sensitive, poorly maintained? Who knows but glad he’s alive. I for one won’t trust my pistol or carbine for home defense unless it has run my preferred defensive ammo at least 500 roundS failure free. YMMV.

    Food for thought
The sheriff said the homeowner believes he may have been targeted because of his gun collection, which he has displayed on social media.

The investigation also revealed that the homeowner had some sort of relationship with Trammel, Casado and Durham that involved “some type of known entity,” Nocco said.
