I have a 14.5 barrel that had a different brake on it. I had to get it removed so I could put the brake that hosts my can. Any recommendations for someone to do it for me?

He's usually a few months out on his work load.

A couple months for pin and weld? Geeezez.

John Thomas at Retro Arms is the boss.

He does it all on the quick. Email him and he'll tell you what it costs and how long it will take (not long, usually but if he's got vacation or something coming up, he'll tell you, etc).

Eric at Oakridge outside Gulf Breeze. Turned out great and price was very reasonable.
Cool. would you be willing to share a pic of the work? I am going to need one done and it is a new rifle so I want it to at least start out looking clean and professional.

No. It messed them up a little when he drilled it, but he took a file to it and tested it with the suppressor before he said it was done. It works perfectly.

I had a Brownells retro upper. Don't know who does their stuff but it just looked like a dome. Nice bead. No splatter, no void.
You find someone that's good at brazing can make it look perfect as well.
