If I recall correctly, he wanted $1800 at the time. I cannot remember if it was an Armalite/Howa or a Sterling Arms/ Costa Mesa.

Yeah depending on condition, # of mags, and where it was made...I’ve seen them from 1400-2K

if the ones I’m looking at are fairly priced I might jump on them. I might go your route As it will be easy to source parts and mags. Love your MCX sidefolder on your build. I have the older tube sidefolder, and prefer the slimline one you have.

SIG makes two different Minimalist stocks. One like I have and the other is the Minimalist Plus which adds about another inch. For my short arms (only 5'6"), the basic Minimalist works fine.
