Looking for some info on a pistol my neighbor just inherited

My neighbors grandfather just died and he inherited this and has no information about it. I told him that for sure some one on here would be able to shed some light on this thing. More pictures can be taken if needed. AND GO!

Just an Italian commerical .32 with the same general passing resemblance to the Walther PP. Made em until the 90s or so.

Hope it has a magazine to it I got one in trade in 380 and I spent more on the mag then I did on the pistol
