Standard would be ideal but FSB could work just have to mount some risers under the scope or perhaps a carry handle to get the scope up high enough. Standard upper, and I do have a bipod I'd like to be able to install.

I've got a 20" faxon, 1/8 fluted 5.56. aero upper with a 15" quantum mlok handguard, aero gas block. $400. can put in a standard charging handle and an aim phosphate bcg for $500. I've got some more expensive options.

Anything without a fluted barrel? Although I have never owned one so maybe it is no different in performance? Could I attach my bipod I don't know what mlok is really? Its on a pic rail right now

This is the only 20 I've got. The only difference in performance you're likely to notice is less weight for the same profile. You'd have to attach a rail to the mlok, bipod would attach to the rail. Mlok gives you the attachment options without the bulk/weight of unused rails.
