What are the outside dimensions and how long does Liberty say the inside contents are safe in a fire? I'm assuming the safe has not been in a fire, correct?

30 1/4 wide x 22 deep x 60 1/4 tall, it's rated at 45 minutes and no it's never been in a fire it's in like new condition.
