I said it from the start that he will do prison time. Do I agree with it ? No ! But the law is stacked against us, and if you decide to pull the trigger get ready for the legal fight of your life !!!!!!!

If he really is a slow learner or developmentally challenged then maybe he can go to an institution instead?

If biden wins I hold small hope any just treatment for him. Biden and Harris have a reputation for sending black up the river for long prison terms, so I hope his attorneys do well by him.

Theres always early release on good behavior, too. And "time served". I've given up on him getting set free. There's a chance that Trump will pardon also.

I'd never convict him of intentional homicide. Any nurse sees the video, he was fleeing whether he showed up to kill people or not(their opinion).

If and when he does get out he'll have to change his name and go into hiding anyway. Look what happened to Z'man

Not a lawyer but it sure as hell looks like self defense to me.

Understandably I always hear the argument that he shouldn't have been hanging around the riots with a rifle. I can't argue with that, every time I see these guys with AR15's strapped on them hanging around the chaos it makes me cringe. That doesn't change the fact that these guys were chasing Kyle, assaulting him and threatening to "cranium" him. They way I see it, he did what he had to do to. He handled the situation and showed more self restraint than a lot of people would have.

I think what's happening to Kyle is unjust. Plain unjust. What happens to him will change a lot of things for 2A guys. This is why I LOL when someone says, "If that were me, I would have shot them"....and then you'd be in jail for 20+ years, but at least he didn't vandalize your Ford.

There was no chance of winning an extradition case. They really only fought to buy time for things to blow over a bit. No the real legal fight starts. He does have a good legal team and hopefully enough donations to get through the case.

Something like this will cost over $500,000 in legal fees.

Well over 500. Most top firms get between 600 and 800 dollars per hour.

Does anyone know if he has a father/who and where his father is?
I felt sorry for the mother standing alone in the courtroom.
