A good dish for another cool day. Made jambalaya, and remembering last time I made it seemed a little bland I added a good shake of Slap 'Yo Momma seasoning. Forgot that last batch was made with what sausage I had, smoked beef sausage. I had went out and stocked some Conecuh sausage afterward so I would not be caught without. This batch was sinus clearing! Both wife and I dug in as it really hits the spot on a cool day!

RackinRay and M60Gunner have embarrassed me with their good cooking pics again. So I decided to fix a Smoked Salmon Sushi pie with salad and ginger dressing, Wasabi and Japanese Soy Sauce. Note: Tea not pictured!!!!!
