I figured i would cook today since we are watching football today and tomorrow. Black eyed peas, collards, sweet potato casserole, oyster bienville dressing, and a ham. Gonna taste even better tomorrow!

Korean Japchae Noodles (colorful Korean sweet potato noodles made with an abundance of vegetables, juicy marinated beef strips, and a sesame dressing, Bulgogi (a more savory marinated beef similar to Teriyaki), and Sour Cream and Chives instant mashed potatoes. Chose the taters JUST to cover with the Bulgogi juices!

Went by a farmers market today. Wife wore herself out prepping and preserving several types of veggies.

Dinner was up to me, so spaghetti it was.

Whole wheat noodles, good sauce, and great meatballs (all store made) made for a satisfying and filling dinner.

No pic of meal, because it is leftovers from lunch. It is not so photogenic; BUT, it is from Pounders Hawaiian Grill!

They opened early on N. Davis, in same mall segment as Jimmy Johns, and Taylors in front of Academy Sports.

No more having to drive to Crestview for their 'da kine food!

Felt bad about no food pic, so re-enacted it today. Yummy!
