Congrats Frank I am right there with you. just yesterday riding my Motorcycle I thought about how i loved the wind in my face and hair blowing when i was a runner . now running is not a high speed thing anymore ;]

Well well well look at this 72 and still running. I really would have taken better care of myself IF I had thought there was any chance to live this long! Better buy all the stuff I have listed before the wife sells with no notice here at a garage sale or dumps in the trash. About time to start selling my hunting rifles I guess

I cannot believe it, never thought I would make it. If I had known I was going to live to 70 (Happy Birthday to me) I would have taken better care of myself...good grief. However saying that, I am blessed, in relatively good health and moving with a fair amount of ease. Considering all the friends I have lost in their 40's to 60's I am lucky as well as being blessed!

Anyway just thought I would brag that I am still here, much to the chagrin of many, I am sure. My for sale ads will continue too!

I'm working on a new GPS for Seniors, not only does it tell you where you are, it tells you why you went there!
Now, if I could just find the dang thing... that, you know, does stuff...
