This, all day. the psychological control is more real than ever, been happening for the last 50 years but in the last 12 it's been really ramped up.

So you have to tug it yourself?

I heard in Panama you can get a handle of Jack Daniels and a “2 tug assist” for $40. If your off the ship first sometimes you can get a “4 tug assist”.

FYI. The Coast Guard just bought a whole boat load of new guns. Dont let them fool you

I know military budget is down a ton, but that is just the info I know...
