Retails new for like $200. Connects to the left side of Softail swing arm, for people who dont need a bulky set of bags or who like the streamlined look. Would be good for a tool bag or spare glasses or a beverage holder. I used mine for a Stanley thermos bottle and lunch all the time. All straps and mounting hardware included. Could use some saddle soap cleaning, but it's only like 3 years old, tops. And the riding seasons up north where I had this mostly are only like 4 months a year. Low mileage bag, almost new, just needs a cleaning. Has been in storage for over a year now. Save a couple hundred bucks here, on top notch Harley Davidson brand quality leather.
