cva single shot. Had mine cerokoted. They come in many calibers. Very accurate and a nice crisp trigger for around $200. Think I found on sale for $179. Have taken many hogs and several deer with it.
Just in general. Sorry. I’ll take a picture. Didn’t have one in my phone. Mine is in .243. My cousin has one in 7mm-08. Hunting season is coming up had a bunch of guys asking at work for a good fair priced rifle for new hunters or a good blind gun.
This is my "new to me" CVA Hunter. Chambered in 450Bushmaster. 25" bbl. Got a "Youth" stock coming for it. Will reduce LOP from the now 14 inches to 13 inches. Dies coming. Pic of the completed trigger pull weight.
Came with three different bxs of factory loads. Gotta start making brass for reloading. Will try heavy subs. Still got some 335's and 360's from my 454Casull days.
For now . . . a 2-7X33 Redfield with Accurange retical.--- SAWMAN
I absolutely love single shots. Really too bad that NEF went by the wayside.
I have owned Ruger#1's,T/C Contenders and Encore's,NEF's,for many years but this is my first CVA. --- SAWMAN
Can’t beat them for simplicity and reliability. Just like My cheap heritage .22 mag revolver accurate and reliable. Gets covered in mud. Wash it off in the canal and works just fine.
