My upper had some scratches on it too. Disappointed for brand new out of the box. Will i put scratches in it? Yes, but it's mine to do so.
Scratch and dent sale? On the bright side it runs great and shoots great. Am I gonna bang it up, hell yeah.

That is way past the line of acceptable. Mine just has some fine scratches on the receiver. Looks like a kid scribbled with a pencil.

I could always loctite the screw in place but that defeats the purpose of it being adjustable. Idk I may give them another week and see if I can work something out for the time being. Sucks to have a new gun you can’t shoot confidently. Hopefully when I do get a response they won’t hassle me too much. I think that might end my PSA journey for the future.
I've only heard a few bad stories about psa and I really believe this Corona is making everything difficult.

Just to give you guys an update on PSA’s customer service. I finally got an email back 6/15/20 and long story short I had to send 3 more emails and a final angry email before I got anywhere. They finally just sent me an adjustable gas block, but it wasn’t the one that came with my rifle that has the click adjustments. Just your basic adjust and set screw type. After battling them for almost 3 months for any service, I have decided I’ll just keep the one they sent me and call it a day. I don’t really need an adjustable one on my Grendel but it’s the principle of the matter at hand. Here’s the first email I got and I replied within a day to just send a replacement and it still took 3 months.

I would still not end it. I would hound them till I get the correct part.
    Sucks. It's like this everywhere.

So I may have missed it but did you purchase this directly from PSA as a complete rifle?
