    Of course the kinetic energy drone attack can cause collateral damage, but to a much less degree than high explosives. Below picture of a drone using HE. It is an airburst and the zone surface area of damage is more likely to cause collateral damage. It is the difference between using a well placed bullet vs a hand-grenade.

    Possibly. The accuracy of these things is amazing. Either way, the results of something going that speed are not good on the receiving end.
