    DAMN . . . love these guns.
Cut my teeth at silhouette with one. It shot much better than me. So I quit.
Wishin' I still had the gun though.
Best of luck with the sale of this weapon sir. --- SAWMAN

    Good on you Garry.
IMO you will not regret this decission. It it is a beautiful keepsake of a period in America gun making where the employee's were ACTUALLY artisans. --- SAWMAN

If you mean why it were for sale, I lost over half of my hours at work. I'm keeping it because I just found out I'm getting them back.

In the year or so that I dabbled into silhouette shooting (waaaaay back when . . ) there were pretty much the T/C shooters and the DW shooters. This using either "rifle" type chamberings or the "pistol" type chamberings.
Some really great chamberings came about from the silhouette shooters. Some turned into great hunting rounds. Some are still around after 50 years or so. Some have been used by me on big Maine deer and coyotes.
This pistol (the DW's) were used to win a ton of matches. Every time I think about them,I think about my fun,but short time shooting silhouette matches . . . and not winning. --- SAWMAN
