    Wow, the 9th Circuit?
Two of the three judges voted to toss out the state’s ban, while the third judge dissented.

U.S. District Court Judge Barbara Lynn of Texas, who had been named the third judge on the appellate panel, said the majority’s ruling conflicts with decisions in six other federal appellate courts...

That turd in the punchbowl was appointed by Clinton.

From an article... clear as mud. If places will ship, people should buy.

    Anyone know anything clearer?

Edit- looks like PSA is shipping to CA.

"Today’s opinion, however, should not be read as immediately ending the ban on acquiring magazines over 10 rounds. While possession of these magazines remains legal under the injunction issued by the district court in 2017, it is unclear whether today’s decision lifts the district court’s 2019 order staying the injunction that would have halted the enforcement of the manufacture and acquisition ban. According to the terms of that order, it remains in effect “pending final resolution” of the Duncan appeal. And because the state of California may petition for an 11-judge en banc panel to rehear the case or file a petition directly to the Supreme Court of the United States, it may be months before this appeal is finally resolved. Put simply, take caution! It is unclear whether California residents may begin to purchase magazines over 10 rounds yet."

A lower Court said he same thing. A mag buying crase lasted a few days until the same Judge issued an injunction based on CA State intent to Appeal and claimed irreparable damage would be done in the intrim period. That Injuction can now be lifted because the State lost (again) and then mags larger then 10 rounds can be openly sold & newly owned. CA would need to state their intent to Appeal again and request an injuction from the 9th Circut If they want another try at bat.

A very interesting statement in the decision referenced half the firearms in the U.S. use large capacity magazines and as such are fundamental to the exercise of the Second Amendment. Overdue but music to my ears!

What gets me is that they call them large capacity magazines, when in fact, the 30 round AR mag is STANDARD capacity.

It is good marketing. Who would want to ban a standard capacity magazine?

Flood the market immediately and no one will be able to track or stop it. Ultimately I see the companies being targeted if another court battle ensues. Could be their plan. Something for the consiracy people to consider. Lol

The SCOTUS has not wanted to take on a 2A Case in a long time. They even waffled on the clear cut NY case and just kicked it back down. This Case could be appealed to either a full 9 Member 9th Circuit OR to SCOTUS. SCOTUS would probably let the Last Ruling stand which ever 9th Circut Court makes it.
