Hey everyone I bought this Brigade 9mm pistol because it looked like a good time. This is my first 9mm that takes Glock mags. Anyone know if some of the aftermarkets work well in these? Drums? Or just stay with factory?

Call up the Talon range over in Tallahassee. Last time I was there they had several of the new Tailhook braces on the shelf. Way way way better than that blade brace

I do believe LRHO but not sure. Here at the house I only squeezed 4 rounds off. You know how it goes when you get a new gun, just got to shoot it. I looked at lots of reviews on Brigade! Everyone gave them good marks, plus they made in Miami! After I bought this one off of GB, the same company went up $30.00 on the remaining ones. I guess they were selling. I will definately look into Tailhook Brace because this one is OK until I want to adjust it!

If you remember me inquiring about the one you were selling? I had already paid for this one.

stick with glock. cheap enough, reliable, available... don't buy any of the korean ones and expect them to work like OEM.

no problemo. i have actually had good luck with the ETS for range mags but won't use them in my EDC. Magpuls are also good for a cheaper option.

Reb, do non factory mags work well in yours? Of should I say non Glock!!
Using ASC colt subgun mags. No issues, poly pro mags are crap. On glockenspiel mags the older ones are fatter. Had the pc9 new g17 mags worked great, the older g17s from my g17L stuck or had to be forced in. Work fine in the 17L drop free. Strange huh?

I had a brand new Magpul brand 9mm Glock-clone mag induce jams in my Keltec Sub2000. It was seating too deep in the mag well. I'd throw it into the gun and then have to back it out to get it to lock in properly. But the same Magpul mag worked just fine in my Glock. No seating issues at all in the pistol, just the carbine. And Glock factory mags had no seating issues at all in the carbine, either. Stick with factory mags.
