Had two Colts. Configured . . uhhhhhh . . "differently".
Had a bunch of Bushmaster's . . several made for me at the factory. (air gauged bbl's . . 22 and 24 inches) Sold back to older Bushmaster employee's. Still have two "non speciality" guns. Had a couple "before Windham" guns also.
All this stuff was BEFORE aftermarket triggers or even flat top uppers, and the only AR's you could get were Bushmaster or Colt. Ask jj . . . he remembers the good old daze.
You doode's and bro's missed all the fun. --- SAWMAN

Found a pic of the Bushmaster that I used to own. With small open red dot and two 5rd mags back to back it weighted 5lbs 2ozs.
Throw lever and the nylon buttstock slipped off the nylon buffer tube.
These are the back to back mags that I used for hunting. --- SAWMAN
ADDED: No 5rd mags offered back then. No plastic either. We cut down and modded the milspec 20's.

A couple of projects I’ve been working on. The URGI and MK12 are still in work and won’t be complete as I am tracking down some parts to be clone-ish, as I’m not a hardcore cloner if someone asks and that works for me.

    1) URGI 14.5
    2) KAC CQB pistol
    3) MK12 Mod 1

Also have a BCM KAG and mlok panels on the way, as well as a Law Tactical folder as soon as they get in stock somewhere.

Not sure i like the light on the left side of the rail. That may be getting changed ones the KAG comes in.

My son turned 17 this past May. So him and I built an AR for him. He's had his bolt 223 savage for a few years now but he wanted a gas gun. So in the process I also taught him how to build one.

    Parts list:
    Lower:
    Anderson's poverty pony!
Rock River Arms 2 stage trigger
    CMMG lower parts kit.
    Magpul K2 Grip
    Magpul ACS stock
    JP silent capture spring

    Upper:
    AR stoner stripped upper
    AR stoner upper kit
Ballistic Advantage 20" rifle length gas 223 Wylde premium barrel
    Toolcraft BCG
    Superlative Arms adjustable gas block
Geissle 12" free float rail keymod
    Vortex 1-8 strike eagle scope
    Vortex high rings.
UTG bipod, the one that mounts on the side keymod attachments.
    Ambi-charging handle

    Pics up
