    Or how many of you have a friend that’s been in a shoot out at any point in there lives . The percentage will be less than 1%. So there is that to consider.
    I have lived perhaps longer. Yes I know people that have been shot at and people that have shot other people as civilians. Military and police does not count. I also know people that were murdered/assassinated. I have not shot anybody.

    I assumed we were discussing CCW and the need for civilians to be armed. The military and especially the police when on duty are armed. So how many civilians had been in gunfight could suggest the necessity of going armed.
