For me, this whole thing is JACKED UP!. Regardless of which range you go to, who taught you how to shoot, and how many "Safety Rules" you have; the First Rule in everyone's book is...."Treat each gun/weapon as if it was loaded" PERIOD!

I think he's a tard and every law-abiding citizen that believes in 2A, should have the opportunity to punch him in the face. But that is just me.

    but alec walks...

I been watching snippets of her trial. I'm amazed that prop woman admitted to throwing away bullets after the shooting.
That alone should establish the crime scene was tampered with and establish reasonable doubt. That lady also got an immunity deal. Something an innocent person wouldn't even need.
    Very fishy stuff.
Her defense team sucked too. I mean yeah she was partially to blame, but definitely not all the blame.
Hard to believe she was told to reject a probation and take it to trial.
Alec should up up next tho.

I think his trial is scheduled to be later on this year. But, I will be amazed if he gets off and doesn't get convicted. As for the "armorer" (yep, that's quotes...but really air quotes), kind of torn. One part of me was "damn....2nd degree manslaughter for being stupid" and the other half is saying "that's what you get when f' around with things that can kill you"

I think (hope?) that since she was convicted, they pretty much have to convict him too. She was irresponsible in her duties, but she didn't point a gun at someone and pull the trigger.
