.45 acp dies

i have a set of what was said to be .45 acp dies but they dont seem to be crimping correctly i have a rcbs rock chucker and bonanza dies set its only a 2 die set is there something im missing also if anyone has a set of .45acp dies i woudl be interested in purchasing

Two die set means the seating die also crimps and is usually a roll crimp die. I assume you have read the instructions regarding how to properly setup and adjust the seating die to crimp?

i have and ive watched countless videos on setting them up i think these dies are miss labeled as i got these in a lot buy out

Lee Factory Crimp dies are relatively inexpensive and readily available. I would suggest picking one up.

should .45ACP have a roll crimp? shouldn't it be a taper crimp?

Should be taper crimp. Roll crimp is more for revolvers.

Taper crimp is better, but my original dies were roll crimp and when adjusted properly work quite well.

For straight wall cases the sets are normally at least three.
Sizing die and the expanding die are separate. The third is the bullet seating die.
For a bottle neck case the sizing die also has the neck expander plug-decapping pin in it and then the separate bullet seating die.

found this issue i was missing my sizer die found the damn thing in a box of what i thought was a misc box of parts dies
