    I did it says the one I have is better for polymer and yours is better for steel the only difference is mines the old mounting system... I’m not 100% sure now the more I look into it I want to stick with a x300u-a

    They both have different adapters for 1913 pic, glock, etc.
    One is QD, one is screw on.
    They’ll both fit fine one whatever they have the attachment installed for.

    So is there an adapter I would need to buy? I read the screw on tends to back out on polymer framed pistols.... if this is not the case I would be very interested. I actually was considering trades for other weapon lights of equal value or plus cash on either end but I was gonna try to search and see what is the best fit for Glock 34... heck I would even like to get a couple o lights for it...

    It should have come with adapters.
    If you call them they’ll send you some under warranty.
    They did for me.

    One attachment method isn’t better than the other, just different.

    I don’t. I use one for work. And ran one for competition. Never had a problem. Now that I think of it, it may already have some on the threads.

    Regardless, it wouldn’t hurt .
