Painted my newly acquired weapon light. Couldn't find a spray paint at lowes to do a perfect match so I opted for Rustoleum Hammered finish dark bronze. I sanded the light with 220 grit and wiped it down with acetone. I applied two coats, waiting 1 hour in between coats. I think it turned out good. On another note, when I was breaking it down for paint, I noticed the hinges were cracked where the switch plate attaches with a pin to the main body. I contacted Centaur Ridge looking to buy a new one and she shipped out a brand new switch plate for free no questions asked. They're a local company and I got it within 2 days of contact. That's some great customer service. It's a rebranded streamlight TLR1. I will definitely be buying another one from them when I acquire a pistol that needs a light.
