Never liked the flipper. Besides I don't have rock n roll. Push in to fire from the left. Trigger finger moves up, press in and its off.

Pretty cool setup. I'd like to find a left handed one to try out. Where'd you find that thing at?

Yep. It clicks. Got it from AIM Surplus. I should have gotten the stainless one (bright) . Only goes in one way though. If you shoot left you push it in to the right to fire. I like it.

    Me . . . I could never (EVER!) change.
    Not for me. --- SAWMAN

I hear ya. Being a lefty though I've had to conform and change my ways constantly on pretty much every single firearm I own. I've grown proficient in them and it's just second nature to their operations but it does takes lots of practice. Not having a uniform consistency for me has it's downfalls. I love a 1911 and would like to own one, but there's not any affordable ones made with ambi controls. I have to look at every gun I buy and make sure I'm able to convert it to my use before anything else. Taking shooting lessons is a pain because I don't know any left handed teachers to give me any tricks. I'm always having to reverse engineer half the shit I've been taught. I feel like I'm constantly changing. But that's kind of a good thing. I've been able to quickly adapt to anything I've bought. I think it gives me an advantage of some sorts.

Good lord I'd get confused like a cordless drill. I'd have to watch the drill bit spin before starting the hole. Lol

Was going to get ambi safety, but this was cheaper and I liked the idea of the button and it was lefty friendly. 0 reason to have a flipper on it. I bet it's faster too.

Can you give me a part number or manufacturer or some identifying aspects? I'm having a hard time finding it on their site.

I have an Elftmann Tactical safety on a build I did a few years ago. I like the push type safety, but I also still like the flipper type safeties.
