    Just passing this along and yes i bought both knowing i will most likely never receive items but know i will get my refund anyway. so just for fun i ordered a new boat motor and bike engine kit.

    I agree but have never bought a lottery ticket which this basically my first. the one thing that is different is if i do not win i get all my money back !

    I recently got a notice from eBAY to be careful of fake ebay ads. If the ad is fake you have no protection.

    I was looking at phones a few days ago and saw a brand new Samsung note 10 for just over $100.00 with free shipping from China. Never saw an ebay scam like that before but I knew enough to know that was too good to be true!
