    What's the thread pitch on that area 419 brake?
    Everything is subjective. One size fits all solutions just don't work for shooting. We should cover the basics, really just the foundation of good shooting techniques and then let that person press a trigger about 10000 times or so. That's when when the "magic" happens. When all the injuries, strengths and weaknesses assert themselves and form the bedrock of that person's style. Instructors more often than not teach what works for them, ironclad and unbending. Buncha chewed up grass really.

    There’s 3 pieces to it

    The universal adaptor stays on barrel then the hellfire Screws on that if you want to use the brake if not you use the other adaptor piece on the actual suppressor
